May 30 – June 1, InRoads is upgrading its technology and moving away from a legacy core processing system.
While most of the changes will happen behind the scenes, there will be some service interruptions over the weekend of May 30 – June 1, including Digital Banking, prior to the upgraded system going live on Monday, June 2. Our team will work quickly and efficiently so this conversion is as seamless as possible, and keep you updated every step of the way.
During the upgrade, your InRoads debit cards will continue to work at retailers, gas stations, and more, with some purchases being limited, and your credit cards will not be affected. However, Digital Banking, InRoads LIVE, and branch access will not be available from May 30 at 4:00pm through June 1.
