InRoads Credit Union is seeking a diligent and knowledgeable full time Accounting Specialist to join our team in St. Helens, Oregon. This position comes with a full benefit package including a matching 401k.
As an Accounting Specialist, this person will assist in computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete, including the performance of Billing, Accounts Payable, and/or General Ledger activities. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Interact with internal and external customers or vendors to gather information, resolve conflicts, and complete work on schedule. Conduct analyses and generate reports routinely and upon request for various stakeholders ensuring the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions.
Contact Center Representative I
InRoads Credit Union is seeking a diligent and knowledgeable full time Contact Center Representative I to join our team in St. Helens, Oregon. This position comes with a full benefit package including a matching 401k.
The role of Contact Center Representative includes interacting routinely with members over the phone to discern member needs and articulate answers and/or instructions. Routinely deliver standard set of services while answering questions and providing information on products and services, policies and procedures in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Process basic teller transactions. Routinely offer and sell Credit Union’s products and services that would benefit the member. Day-to-day routine operational tasks and/or requests in addition to Contact Center duties are required.
LIVE Teller I
InRoads Credit Union is seeking a full time LIVE Teller I to join our team in St. Helens, OR. This position comes with a full benefit package including a matching 401k.
The LIVE Teller I is someone who enhances the member experience through the utilization of Interactive Teller Machines (ITM), phone, email, and chat while engaging with and educating members about InRoads products and services. Provides exceptional service and support to members by processing member transactions as requested and responding to member inquires. Understands and achieves goals and targets while ensuring that the members unique needs are identified, and appropriate solutions are developed to assist them in achieving their financial goals.
Universal Service Advisor II
InRoads Credit Union is seeking a diligent and knowledgeable full time Universal Service Advisor II to join our team in Scappoose, Oregon. This position comes with a full benefit package including a matching 401k.
As a Universal Service Advisor II, this person will be expected to deliver high-quality, consistent member service to members and prospective members both in-person and as needed, using our InRoads delivery channels (chat, video, and phone). The job duties will primarily consist of member engagement with a focus on new accounts and consumer lending. This role will establish new memberships and/or add additional products or services that meet the needs of the individual to an existing membership. They will develop relationships with individual to discover information concerning their financial needs and processes requests for transactions, new membership/accounts and consumer loans. This individual will be expected to maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Union in order to successfully fulfill individual’s financial needs.
