Accountant

Full Time, St. Helens, OR (Hybrid)

As an Accountant you will assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, perform moderately complex accounting responsibilities. Responsible for various Credit Union accounting functions including accounts payable processes, month-end processing, general ledger reconciliations, bank account research, and other items or projects as assigned. Follows procedures, which result in reliable financial records, operational efficiency, and financial reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and regulatory requirements. Interprets accounting data, analyzes reports, and makes recommendations for further action. Assists in the development of accounting systems, methods, procedures, and controls.

Asset Recovery Supervisor

Full Time, St. Helens, OR (Hybrid)

The Asset Recovery Supervisor is responsible for overall collection of delinquent and negative balance accounts and protection of Credit Union’s creditor rights. This role also manages repossessions, foreclosures, small claims, garnishments, bankruptcies, and all actions to secure payments from debtors and protect collateral. Delivers high quality consistent service to internal, external members and outside vendors. Analyzes the financial situation of delinquent borrowers and identifies and oversees appropriate action to maintain accurate files and reports on all asset recovery activity; testifies at legal proceedings as necessary; and maintains knowledge of requirements related to recovery. Acts as Supervisor of the department by managing in the day-to-day duties of the department and managing and developing the Asset Recovery personnel. Routinely makes decisions which impact whether the Credit Union will suffer a loss and decisions which impact member loans.

LIVE Advisor I

Full Time, St Helens, OR

The LIVE Advisor I enhances the member experience through the utilization of InRoads lending systems, video chat technology, phone, online applications, email, or other software delivering high quality, consistent service to members and prospective members using our InRoads LIVE delivery channels. The job duties will primarily consist of member engagement through building positive relationships, with a main focus on new accounts and lending. Routinely answers member questions and educates them about the organization’s products and/or services and helps members make informed choices when doing business with the organization. Ensures that requests are processed in a timely manner and the individual(s) is updated throughout the process. Understands and consistently achieves goals and targets while ensuring that the individual’s unique needs are identified, and appropriate solutions are developed to assist them in achieving their financial goals.

LIVE Teller I

Part Time, St Helens, OR

The LIVE Teller 1 is someone who enhances the member experience through the utilization of Interactive Teller Machines (ITM), phone, email, and chat while engaging with and educating members about InRoads products and services. Provides exceptional service and support to members by processing member transactions as requested and responding to member inquires. Understands and achieves goals and targets while ensuring that the members unique needs are identified, and appropriate solutions are developed to assist them in achieving their financial goals.

Member Services Representative I

Full Time, St Helens, OR

The Member Services Representative I is a role that Interacts routinely with members to welcome them to the credit union and deliver standard set of services while answering questions and providing information on products and services, policies and procedures in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Process basic teller transactions. Routinely offer and sell Credit Union’s products and services that would benefit the member.

As a Universal Service Advisor I, you will deliver high quality consistent member service to members both in-person as well as by telephone for a variety of job duties within a branch, which includes daily teller transactions, consumer and business new accounts.
