Dear Valued InRoads Members,
Annual Member Meeting. Late last month, we had our Annual Member Meeting. Our attendance continues to grow and encourage you to attend our 2026 Meeting – we discuss many issues and topics that are important to Members and field many questions on a variety of things that are important to you. What’s important to you is important to us! Here are a few things to know:
Upcoming Core Conversion. As you have either seen on our Website or received via email/text, we will have a major computer system upgrade that will start on Friday May 30th. Essentially, we are retiring our old computer operating system and replacing it with a new computer operating system that allows us to better serve the Member, both from a transaction standpoint and relationship standpoint. The new computer operating system will go “live” on Monday, June 2nd. While we expect no major issues, with a conversion of this size, there are bound to be some challenges. To minimize the impact on our Members, we will be adding additional Staff to each of the Branch locations and adding additional Staff to our Back Office Support Teams so that when you visit or call, your concerns can be addressed quickly. We will continue to provide more communication updates as we get closer over the next two weeks.
Happy Anniversary. May 15th marks my 2nd Anniversary of having the privilege of being President/CEO at InRoads Credit Union. As a happy resident of Oregon, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and have relished all the community interaction and member conversations, the passion that our community has is both motivating and refreshing. Many times as I have gone to grab a sandwich for lunch or doing some grocery shopping, I have been pulled aside and engaged in conversations about our Credit Union – for me, these conversations are one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
Know that as a Member, your voice matters. Our Organization can’t thrive without your feedback – this is how we get better. Please continue to let me know your thoughts and I will continue to make InRoads Credit Union the best it can be, which means making the Member Experience the best it can be .
Sincerely,
Nathan Cox
President/CEO
