InRoads Credit Union is partnering with Consolidated Community Credit Union (CCCU) to handle the origination, processing, underwriting and funding of all first mortgages. InRoads will continue to offer first mortgage products, but the fulfillment side will be managed by CCCU.

This partnership allows InRoads to offer a broader range of mortgage products, more competitive options, and a streamlined process by leveraging CCCU’s dedicated mortgage operations team.

Yes. InRoads will continue to originate first mortgages. The difference is that after initial contact, the loan will be processed and completed by CCCU. 

Members with existing mortgage loans will not be impacted in any way. Members that request information or apply for a new mortgage loan will have a very similar experience to what they have today. A referral will be sent to our dedicated CCCU mortgage loan officer, and they will assist in answering questions and guide them through the application process just as they do now.

No. InRoads Credit Union members will NOT become members of CCCU. CCCU will simply process the mortgage behind the scenes.

Members will have access to the full suite of products offered through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, including:
•    Conventional loans
•    FHA
•    VA
•    USDA
•    Jumbo
•    Construction
•    Floating Homes
•    Non-QM
•    Other standard secondary market mortgage options

  1. Members will start the conversation with InRoads—just as they do today.
  2. After the initial discussion, InRoads will give a warm handoff to CCCU.
  3. CCCU will take over from there, managing:
    1. Application intake - InRoads members will still apply using the InRoads website
    2. Processing
    3. Underwriting
    4. Closing

No. All marketing materials, member communications, and mortgage branding will remain InRoads branded. Only the loan documents will promote CCCU as the mortgage provider to members.

To ensure seamless member experience and maintain the strong trust members have with InRoads Credit Union. CCCU’s involvement is operational and behind the scenes only. When a member goes to our website and checks rates or applies for a 1st lien mortgage, they may see co-branding of InRoads and CCCU.

No. Members can still contact InRoads as they always have. The partnership simply means CCCU will handle the technical parts of the mortgage process.

After initial contact, InRoads members will work with a dedicated CCCU Mortgage Loan Officer that represents InRoads Credit Union.

The partnership is designed to increase competitiveness, and members should benefit from broader product offerings and pricing aligned with secondary market standards.

No. Existing loans will continue to be serviced as they are today unless otherwise communicated.

Members will receive clear instructions from CCCU at the time of closing regarding payments, servicing portals, and contact information.

Members can continue to start with InRoads and we will direct them appropriately. Once their loan is in process, CCCU will be the primary resource for status updates and loan-related needs.
