Career Opportunities
As an Operational Support Specialist 1, you will process and balance various electronic services, including but not limited to: ACH, Card Services, ATMs, Remote Deposit Capture, and Online Banking. Maintain knowledge and skills to be considered back-up subject matter expert of at least one other essential electronic eservices function, including but not limited to: ACH, Card Services, and Share drafts to provide coverage as needed. Provide exceptional member service to all internal, external, and future members by telephone or other electronic communication to discern member needs and articulate answers and/or instructions. Routinely deliver standard set of services while answering questions and providing information on products and services, policies and procedures in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Routinely offers other Credit Union products and services that benefit the member.
