TruStage Cybersecurity Incident Notice

Like a majority of credit unions throughout the country, InRoads utilizes TruStage for many insurance related services. InRoads Credit Union has been notified that TruStage is responding to a cybersecurity incident affecting portions of its technology environment. TruStage has reported that it proactively shut down parts of its network while it investigates the incident and works to restore services.

Please be assured that InRoads Credit Union's core systems, digital banking services, debit cards, credit cards, and member accounts have not been impacted by this incident. The issue is limited to TruStage's systems and services. At this time, TruStage has not reported that member personal information was accessed, acquired, or misused as a result of this incident. TruStage's investigation is ongoing, and additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
 
We encourage members to remain vigilant and exercise caution when responding to unsolicited phone calls, emails, or text messages requesting personal or financial information. Cybercriminals may attempt to impersonate TruStage or other trusted organizations. Do not click on links, open attachments, or provide sensitive information unless you have independently verified the source.
