InRoads Password Protocols are Being Updated

Your security is our top priority at InRoads Credit Union. That’s especially true in Digital Banking, which is why we’re updating our password criteria. 

As of January 14, 2026 (1/14/26), the minimum password requirements for Digital Banking (desktop and mobile) will be revised. It’s not a huge change, but if your Digital Banking login and your password don’t meet those requirements, you will need to update that password the next time you attempt to login on or after that date. 

On 1/14/26, the InRoads Digital Banking Password Requirements Will Be:

• 12-32 minimum characters
• Minimum 1 (one) uppercase letter
• Minimum 1 (one) lowercase letter
• Minimum 1 (one) special character
• Minimum 1 (one) number

If your current password meets those requirements, you’re all set. If not, you’ll need to create a new password on your first login on or after 1/14/26.
