We thought it would be helpful to provide the following information if you are still having trouble logging in for the first time to our new system.
1. Your old online banking credentials will NOT work on the new system.
2. We sent several emails over the last few weeks with information on the upgrade. On December 7, an email was sent to members with information on the initial login process if you still have that message in your email inbox.
3. Our phones remain busy with members calling for assistance. We have 24-hour support available, so you may want to try again later in the evening or early morning when volumes are not as high.
4. You can also send an email to [email protected] with requests unrelated to online banking (please do not send account number information via regular email). Secure email is also available when you are logged into the new system.
