Submit your digital entry for a college scholarship
As part of our ongoing effort to invest in the future of our community, InRoads Credit Union proudly offers an annual college scholarship program for our members.
This year, five scholarships will be awarded in the amount of $1,000 each.

Here’s what you need to do:
- Grab your camera, smartphone or computer.
- Start planning your entry that answers the question: What does the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people’ mean to you?
- Post your creation to social media
- Send in your completed application.
Check out the rest of the details below.
·Applicant must be a member of InRoads Credit Union with accounts in good standing at the time of application and scholarship award announcement.
·Applicant must be a graduating high school senior.
·Applicant must have a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
·Applicant must attend an accredited college or university for the 2020-2021 school year.
Applicant must submit a completed online application.
Applicant must submit one of the following types of digital media content to answer this question: “What does the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people’ mean to you?”
a. Video 30 seconds to 2 minutes in length. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube and URL link to video must be supplied on scholarship application.
b. Three to five original social media posts or stories. Screenshots of posts or stories must be submitted with scholarship application.
c. Three to five original memes. Screenshots of posted memes must be submitted with scholarship application.
An official high school transcript showing total cumulative GPA should be sent directly from the school in a sealed, stamped envelope to: InRoads Credit Union, Scholarship Committee, P.O. Box 537, St. Helens, OR 97051.
Completed application and digital submission must be submitted by March 31, 2020. Official transcript must be postmarked by April 10, 2020.
