Resources to Use When You Can't Find Your Card

We're Here to Help Ease Your Stress

You lost your InRoads debit or credit card, or it's been stolen. Here's what to do:

  • Use Card Controls. Turn your cards off and report them as lost or stolen using Card Controls in Digital Banking. Once reported, you can request a new card be mailed to you right from the app. Please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive. 
  • Call Us. Not a Digital Banking user? Contact us immediately using InRoads LIVE or call/text us at 503.397.2376 so we can cancel your card(s) and protect your accounts. For a replacement debit card, stop by any branch during regular business hours and we'll create one for you instantly. Otherwise, your new card will arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days.
  • After hours. We've got you covered 24/7. Simply call us at 503.397.2376 and select Option #4. Let the representative know if you'd like a replacement mailed to you.
