Friday June 1, St. Helens Community Credit Union became aware that skimming devices had been inserted at two of our ATM locations located at our St. Helens branch and Havlik Rd. The devices were immediately removed and we are working closely with law enforcement agencies and reviewing ATM surveillance footage.
If you used your debit card at either of those locations on Friday, June 1 and have any concerns about security, please notify us immediately. We will issue a new card to you at no cost to you. Our Scappoose and St. Helens branches and call center are open from 10am – 2pm on Saturday. Additionally, St. Helens Community’s CardValet app allows you to turn off your card to protect yourself.
If you find any suspicious activity on your account, report it to us immediately. You will not be liable for any fraud resulting from this incident.
