InRoads Credit Union Names Stephanie Rollins as New Chief Lending Officer

ST. HELENS, Ore., February 24, 2023: InRoads Credit Union names Stephanie Rollins as their new Chief Lending Officer (CLO). She originally joined the credit union in 2020, and has been serving as senior vice president, commercial and lending services. Rollins holds over 20 years of experience in consumer, mortgage and commercial lending.

“Stephanie is already a well-respected leader in our organization,” stated Brooke Van Vleet-Pearson, InRoads Credit Union President/CEO. “She’s been working closely with outgoing CLO Robin Balza to ensure a smooth transition into her new role. I’m confident Stephanie will maintain our strong momentum in meeting the lending needs of families and small businesses.”

“At InRoads, we are passionate about helping our members along their financial journey,” Rollins said about her new role as CLO. “I look forward to continuing the legacy as well as thinking forward to identify ways to increase our impact on local families and businesses by financing the homes, cars, and other loans they need to make their dreams a reality.”

While Balza is retiring from her full-time executive role with the credit union to spend more time with family, she will remain involved with InRoads on a part-time basis managing strategic projects. “We’re thrilled to continue to tap Robin’s deep system and operational expertise on a project basis,” added Brooke Van Vleet-Pearson.
